These terms of sale and delivery apply to the purchase of goods at securityman.dk for delivery in Denmark, except Greenland and the Faroe Islands, unless otherwise expressly agreed.

 

1 Payment and order

The securityman.dk website is open 24 hours a day. However, it may happen that we keep the website closed due to maintenance.

The amount of your purchase will only be deducted from your account when the order is shipped. We make reservations for price and printing errors on the Website and reserve the right to cancel the order in the event of a material and / or clear error.

 

2 Order Confirmation

Once you have ordered an item from us, you will receive a receipt for our receipt of your order. However, a binding purchase agreement has only been entered into once you have received an order confirmation from us.

 

3 Right of withdrawal

When you generally shop online and at securityman.dk you always have a minimum of 14 days right of withdrawal, unless otherwise agreed.

The right of withdrawal runs from the day you received the item. If the deadline expires on a public holiday, Saturday, Constitution Day, Christmas Eve or New Year’s Eve, the deadline is extended to the following weekday.

After receiving, you may only process the goods so that the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods can be determined.

When using the right of withdrawal, securityman.dk is obliged to refund the entire amount paid by the customer incl. shipping costs. When shipped back to securityman.dk, the customer pays the amount it costs.

 

4 Return

If you regret your purchase, the goods must be returned to:

Upon return, make sure the goods are properly wrapped and sealed to avoid damage. You are responsible for the package (s) until we receive it. A good advice is always to save mail receipt as well as any. track and trace number.

If you regret, you will have to pay the cost of returning the item yourself.

Note! We do not receive parcels sent by mail. demand or packages without distribution.

You must enclose a copy of the order confirmation or other documentation for your purchase. In addition, it will facilitate the expedition if you enclose the return form found on the page under “Product Return”.

 

Refund
When we receive the item, we review the booth and you will be reimbursed for the amount you paid to us upon purchase.

The amount is always transferred to the same means of payment with which you paid the purchase. 

NOTE: 

You may lose your purchase amount, in whole or in part. It happens if the value of the item is impaired because you have used the item or it has been damaged in your custody.

 

5 Complaints

Your purchase of covered by the Purchase Act, including the deficiency rules. This means that you can either get a defective item repaired, replaced, refunded or discounted, depending on the specific situation. At the same time, you are covered by 24 months warranty.

When returning the item, please also state in detail what the problem is. It is not a requirement, but it makes our case management easier, and minimizes the processing time for the complaint.

You should contact us within ” reasonable time ”.
You must advertise within ” reasonable time ” after discovering the defect in the item. We recommend that you advertise as soon as possible. We consider a reasonable time to be within two months of the delivery date.

 

6 Personal data

If you have created a login through the website, your personal information as well as order information will not be deleted unless you ask us to do so. The cardholder will be asked to fill out the address and telephone number in connection with a transaction.

Information is not disclosed or sold to third parties unless this is done in connection with a restructuring or a full or partial sale of the business. Any disclosure in such a situation will be in accordance with the personal data law in force at any time. The business understands and respects the importance of privacy on the Internet. The business will not disclose information about customers / users to third parties unless necessary to implement a transaction. 8 Terms of delivery

You can expect the item to arrive 2-3 days after purchase. We ship the item the same day we received the order. However, products that are not in stock may have a longer delivery time. You will be informed of this in that case.

When shipping we take a fixed price of 65, – for shipping.
